Tags

You can freely create Tags in System One, which allow you to filter on your own chosen properties.

Users with access to the System settings can create, modify and delete tags.

Create new tags

Navigate to System settings > Tags and chose to which section (companies, contacts or shows) you want add the tag.

In this example we will create a tag in the Shows section. Choose New from the selection tool.

Next, add a title, the label how it will be displayed in the list view and choose a color.

Select Save when you are done. The Tag is now added as an option.

Use Tags in list view

When editing company, contact or shows, you can (de)select the relevant tags.

In the list view you can then filter on records with specific tags.
