Share artist schedule with another System One client
Let's assume there is Fred. He works as an agent for Alpha Agency.
He wants to share a calendar with Maria. She works as an agent for Gamma Agency.
Both agencies are proud System One clients.

Fred creates an external user account for Maria.

Fred creates an iCalendar feed and assigns it to the external user account that he created for Maria.

Maria receives an instructional email about the feed that is assigned to her external user account. She can follow the link in the email to find the iCalendar feed URL:

Maria subscribes to this iCalendar feed, this will merge any shows that FRED enters for the artist into her month- and year view.
Fred can decide what information he wants to share with Maria, by configuring an iCalendar template.(See below article Customize iCalendar content with iCalendar templates)
