Restrict access to specific artists for internal users
If an internal user only needs access to certain artists and you want to restrict the access to other artists completely, you can do this through the System Settings.
Note: only users with access to the System Settings can limit access for users.
1 Navigate to the user that you want to restrict access for through the settings icon andSystem Settings>Users>Internal users. Then scroll down to the panel Access to artist data and select New.
2 Select the artists that the user needs access to from the list.
3 You will see an overview with all the artists that the user has access to. The user won't see any data from the artists that are not added to this list.
