Export email addresses for mass mailings

From the company or contact list view, you can use the selection tool, to filter companies or contacts by different parameters. For instance, by Tag:

Once you like the selection you made, you can click on the export button in the selection tool.
Which will display the available export templates.
In this case, we click the default Email addresses from companies and contacts to download an Excel sheet with all the email addresses.
3. Import data in 3rd party emailing tool
System One has no mass-mailing features; we recommend to use Mailchimp for this. They have a great tutorial on how to import data.
