Can I have my own signature already on eSign documents that I sent out?

Before introducing eSigning, some users would send contracts that already had their signature as an image included. Although it might seem practical, this workflow doesn't translates perfectly to eSigning:

  1. eSigning needs 2 defined parties, which appear in the audit page that is automatically added as the last page in the document. This provides a structure that particants can recognize and trust.
  2. As a sender, you can turn on autosign (automatic signature) and save time, without the legal disadvantage of sending out pre-signed documents.
