Why can't I customize the sender of eSign emails?
System One (support@systemonesoftware.com) is the sender for all invitations and reminder emails, as this the platform where signatures are placed. This is not customizable, as it would compromise the accountability in the signing process.
The emails contain a unique link that identify the person that signs. This unique link should be kept secret, so there is a certainty about the identity of the recipient.
With a customizable sender email, (for instance, imagine that emails would be sent from your own agency email address), it would inadvertently happen that you sometimes gain access to the unique link of the signer, for instance, when it's included in an autoreply or when a user replies to the email.
