Change something specific in a document
Sending out eSigning is a streamlined process because you can use templates for your contract. Ideally, your system is configured in such a way, that you don't need to manually change anything to the document that you want to send out. However, the reality is that making changes to a contract or quote is sometimes necessary, before sending it out.
This tutorial explains how you can change something specific in a document before sending it out.
1 When you're in the draft mode, click onFrom templateto open the modal screen.

Download the Word version to your computer.

Open the Word file that you've downloaded to your computer and make the necessary changes.

In Word, use the Save as feature and store the file in PDF format on your computer.

Note: This option might look different, depending on your version of Word.

Upload the PDF file under PDF that needs to be signed.
