Difference between internal- and external users

In System One there is a definition of an internal- and an external user.

Internal user

• Generally a staff member, like the CEO, an agent, a logistics manager etc
• All functionality available
• In your subscription you pay per internal user 

External user

• One of the artists or someone at another agency
• Limited functionality available
• No costs. Every agency can create as many external users as they want

• Users in subscription
• Sharing user accounts
