About the role

In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with one of the founders and dive into the ins and outs of the product as well as gain valuable insights into the business and it's processes. You will work with clients from all over the world towards ensuring outstanding customer experience, as well as have the creative freedom and ownership to bring in your own ideas on process improvements.


Your main responsibilities are customer onboarding and customer engagement, which includes the following tasks: 

  • Account setup
  • Conduct the “Get Started Training” to ensure easy and effective use of System One for new customers
  • Act as the main point of contact with customers, answering questions and resolving inquiries 
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys
  • CRM admin via Hubspot
  • Individual projects, such as streamlining the customer onboarding process, customer satisfaction surveys and other processes (ie. improving training materials related to customer experience and success)

For this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in any of the following areas: Account Management, Customer Engagement or Customer Success
  • Experience in after-sales admin and CRM
  • Language requirements: business level English is a must. German, Dutch or Portuguese are a big plus 
  • A hands-on, start-up mindset 
  • Love for creative problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to share your ideas around improvements on the customer experience 
  • Great attention to detail 

It’s a big plus if you have any of the following: 

  • Experience from the music industry (ie. at a booking agency or in event production)
  • Experience using System One (product experience) or any other SaaS in the industry is favorable 
  • Experience onboarding clients for SaaS
