Company email migration

We've completed another step of our roadmap. You now find email addresses in one place; only with contacts and no longer in companies as well.

This alligns with all our new features in mind, like eSign, where for instance choosing the signatories works with contacts from your address book.

Automatically created contacts

We made sure that no data got lost and automatically created new contacts for the email addresses that were previously stored with your company records.

The new contact got a name, based on the email address. For instance. when the email "anton.frederik@gmail.com" was stored with the company, there is now a contact named "Anton Frederik" linked to that company.

You can find the newly created contacts by filtering on tag "Company email migration Dec 2023".
