New design

Welcome to the fresh, new look of System One! This look marks the beginning of a series of exciting UI/UX enhancements inspired by the valuable feedback we've gathered from our users over the years.

With this release, we moved some elements around. Don't worry, you should be able to find everything easily.

Navigation changes

• The main menu moved from the top of the screen to the left side.
• We've combined the companies and contacts sections into one section called "Address book".
• Some features were previously hard to locate in the settings or didn't quite fit there, so we've introduced a "More" section in the main left navigation panel to make them easier to find.
• System settings and template settings got their own icon in the menu on the top right.
• We've added breadcrumbs to all the settings sections, making navigation clearer and quicker.
• An additional menu is added to the right of the setting sections to help you navigate. This menu is hidden on smaller screens. 

List design

We've introduced a new card design in overview pages for companies, contacts, shows and in the dashboard. The goal was to give more space to the layout and improve the hierarchy of information, so you can spot important information more easily.

Better experience on different devices

Improving the experience for different screen sizes was an important topic for this release. We've made numerous tweaks, both big and small, to the interface to ensure a seamless experience across different devices.

• The app has been made compatible for use on a tablet, like an iPad Pro.
• Dozens of panels underwent redesigning to enhance responsiveness across various screen sizes. For example, labels and text now adapt to utilize screen space optimally.
• On small screens and mobile devices, the main menu is hidden and accessible from a button in the left of the top menu.
• On small screens and mobile devices, the top menu is sticky and constantly at the top of your screen for easy access.
• On wider screens, the personal settings, template settings, and system settings have an extra navigation bar on the right side, allowing a swift navigation between various submenus.

• An updated My Selection tool.
• Sign eSign contracts on a mobile device.
• Improvements to the show overview page.
• A mobile optimized booking request form.
