Warning design update

When you create a show or issue an invoice or contract, you will see a warning when:

• a financial risk is registered with the promoter
• something is wrong with the VAT number of the promoter
• there are any outstanding amount registered on an invoice

We did some work on the design warning screen, to give more emphasis on important information.
