Country list changes
Improvement
In order to improve our compatibility with the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 list, we did some housekeeping in our country list:
- Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba added.
- Curacao added.
- Netherlands Antilles is dissolved; records that used this are re-linked.
- South Sudan added.
- Palestina added.
- Åland Islands added.
