How to use an email template
Once you've set up your email templates (covered in another support doc), you can send emails.
Navigate to the detail view of a company, contact, show, quote, invoice or contract. Here you find the E-mails panel:
After clicking "new", a dialog opens where you can write an email.
When you've created a template for the section that you are in, you can fill the email body from your template:
By choosing the "Send invoice"-template, you can take the information from your invoice and fill it into the merge fields. Our example template:
