How to set up an email template

Only users that have access to templates can modify templates. Your system administrator can set this permission in your user account.

Access via "Personal Settings" > "Template Settings" > "Email templates". Here you will find templates for different sections.

Select desired section and click the "New" button in the top right corner.

Make your template text. The merge field button is your friend, as it shows a list with available fields.

Save.
