Help! There is a new support feature

Help is more at hand than ever. We present to you our new support tool: The Help Beacon. The beacon appears on the right bottom corner of the screen in the desktop app (in the form of a circle with a question mark).

Simply click on the beacon and type a single term or a full question to see all the support materials related to it. Still can't find what you were looking for? Through the Help Beacon you can send a direct message to our support team and get a personal answer on the spot.
